The lamp stands on three legs with small balls at the end of each leg. The lamp’s lamp holder can be angled up and down while the arm can be turned around 360 degrees – In addition, the arm can be raised and lowered to provide an optimal position. The height of the arm can be varied from 98 cm up to 138 cm.
“For Josef Frank, it was important that the light in the lamps he designed was pleasant and that the lamp did not take up too much of the home environment. The 1842 reading lamp can be swiveled, raised and lowered to be able to direct the light in the best way. The lamp was designed by Josef Frank in 1932.”
The lamp is marked on the lamp holder.
In very good condition with newly grounded electricity carried out by an electrician and lamp shade in linen. The brass is not polished.
In the picture, there is a lampshade with the pattern “Under the equator” and “Nippon” which adorns the lamp base.
