DESCRIPTION:
Antique late Victorian Mahogany bow fronted tall glass shop display cabinet. This cabinet dates from approx. c1860 and is in very good condition for its age. The inside which is accessed via a single glass door has 2 glass shelves which can be adjusted on the cast brackets to suit your needs the bottom of the cabinet is covered with a blue fabric in good condition. The door has the lock missing but still retains its original brass catches to secure the door shut. The cabinet stands on mahogany cabriole legs and has glass to the top of the cabinet letting in plenty of light without the use or addition of lighting. This display cabinet would suit many uses both commercially or within a domestic setting is a very well made and beautiful piece of furniture.

The cabinet has the lock missing but this does not impair on the practicality of the piece and the door can be closed and will stay closed via the 2 original catches. There is a very minor nibble on one of the glass shelves as you would expect |
