Rare Tyrolean painted cabinet, entirely painted in intense blue, with floral decorations on the door and sides. The bright red accents of the frames and profiles give liveliness to this piece of furniture, which is able to give color and warmth to the surrounding environment.
It can be used hung on the wall, as a hanging cabinet, or placed on the floor as a bedside table. Original and working hardware.
Given its small size it can be placed in any domestic environment.

Norman cabinet in solid wood

Large 19th century flemish carved oak cabinet circa 1870. Profusely carved cupboard of grand proportions in the baroque revival taste. Comprising of 2 sections. Understated cornice decorated with egg and dart carving with further carved panels below. Small double door cupboard containing a single shelf. Carvings on these doors appear to show dogs apprehending people. Doors flanked either side by carved cherubs and shells. Open storage aperture supported by 3 carved supports. Bottom section with brushing slide and 2 drawers below. Large double door cupboard containing a further shelf. Door fronts decorated by carved scenes of folklore stories. Flanked either side by columns and standing on a shaped plinth base. Transport labels from Germany and Sweden on the reverse. Deep dark colour with flashes of the natural oak coming through. Expected minor surface marks with age.

Late 19th Century Korean cabinet with four short drawers over small central cupboard with pair of doors & butterfly shape brass hinges and brass door latch. Dimensions: 102cm wide x 49cm deep x 83cm high. 80.5cm high. Condition: Good condition, general age and signs of use and wear, minor damage to the wood above one of the small drawers.

DESCRIPTION:
Antique late Victorian Mahogany bow fronted tall glass shop display cabinet. This cabinet dates from approx. c1860 and is in very good condition for its age. The inside which is accessed via a single glass door has 2 glass shelves which can be adjusted on the cast brackets to suit your needs the bottom of the cabinet is covered with a blue fabric in good condition. The door has the lock missing but still retains its original brass catches to secure the door shut. The cabinet stands on mahogany cabriole legs and has glass to the top of the cabinet letting in plenty of light without the use or addition of lighting. This display cabinet would suit many uses both commercially or within a domestic setting is a very well made and beautiful piece of furniture.
