Condition Report:

Good condition, the Teak is well preserved with only a few marks as would be expected. There is some veneer wear on the top, please refer to photos.

This is one sexy, smooth, space age, glamrock Hollywood Regency, vintage acrylic glass coffee table with a glass top. Designed by David Lange, the French design house that started in the 1960s with their transparent furniture. Today they are again producing a slightly different version of this table. This table however is an original from the 1970s. The acrylic glass is thick and heavy. Great quality.

The table would look great in either a modern or a more classic styled room and is in real life far better looking than the pictures would let you believe.

A smart and impressive antique leather top coffee table in the military campaign style. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1950’s.

It is a great size and is of amazing quality. It is predominantly yew wood, with burr walnut drawer fronts. The top is cross banded with an inset leather surface, which is a beautiful faded black colour. This sits on a sturdy cross stretchered base, the back is also very nicely finished.

We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.

Rare Movex table by Jürg Bally. He designed this table for Wohnhilfe from Zürich in 1951. It is made from cherrie wood(veneer) and has an ingenious system to adjust the table in height.
