Vintage Design
This beautiful pair of TON chairs from circa 1950s – 60s has been produced in former Czechoslovakia.
The chairs are in good original condition, with some visible signs of use and ageing (as shown on the photographs). The blue parts are moulded plastic and the rest is solid beech, which has been sanded and finished with several layers of wood oils. They are very stylish, comfortable and light.
The chairs have been attributed based on archival documentation, such as vintage catalog and designer records.
