Vintage Design
Characteristic and very decorative modular shelving unit from the Netherlands, all genuin Tomado. Heavy quality and original from the fifties! ( documented and pictured in the original Tomado catalogue of that time ).
This set contains:

3 black iron ladders.

Thanks to the mixture of materials teak and metal this rack evokes the right modernist mix and match atmosphere.
All parts in good condition with normal wear.
During the fifties, Designers such as Tjerk Reijenga, Cees Braakman, Friso Kramer and Dekker became succesful developing small, affordable household products by using modern innovative methods of production. The inspiration for the use of teak material for their shelving units can be found in the designs of Poul Cadovius. Condition: Solid with usermarks ( mainly out of sight, under ) Perfect restored black shelf.
